The numbers compared with the last visit seems weird. Tire track and brake pad measurement are higher than last maintenance check in January 2023. This does not seem logical! Something is off.

Even minor services seem to take 2 days. Loaner car is great but dropping car off at 8:30 am and calling me at 3 pm (when the techs leave at 3:30 pm) to tell me what maintained is recommended and get approved means zero chance of having it done in one day. The difference matters in my case as I have someone to pick up kid Monday (when it should have been done) but not Tuesday when it was done. Third time in a row for a minor service this has happened I believe. Anyhow it worked out and everything else good.
