All was perfect besides the loaner vehicle that I like to share had dog hairs all around the vehicle and some areas were missed for vacuum below the phone charger area, etc Other wise, no issues from Mario His an excellent asset to Putnam Lexus. Always prompt and helpful in many ways. This is why I come to your dealership instead of going to a near by dealer that is close by 14 miles at Serramonte Lexus I am also lucky that I have Mario as my advisor, this is why we drive 22 miles each way to service all the Lexus required maintenance at Putnam Lexus Jay

I checked my hood when i got home last Saturday after pick up and same issue is still happening after they replaced the part. I need to go back but this is a waste of time after paying twice to replace the parts same issue is happening, its not the parts that needs to be replaced its the mechanism need to check to close it.

The friendliness at Putnam Lexus doesn’t come close to any other location. I don’t drive a Lexus but I came in for just a simple oil change and I provided my own manufacturer recommended oil and they accepted it. They also sent me a video of what needs to be changed. Alma was super friendly since the start as well as all the Putnam team involved very professional.
