My car had a lug nut issue and that needed to be re-threaded. I was told that the car was driven 25 miles to make sure that the Lugnut was safe for me to drive. I do not understand this issue because whenever a tire is changed or any other issues with tires, the Lugnuts are removed and replaced and the car is not driven for 25 miles. I find this explanation and satisfactory and it was given to me by Benjamin Nino. Please give me a call back for some plausible explanation on why my car was driven 25 extra miles. I think they did really good with the inspection/etc., but I noticed an issue with the replaced driver side mirror cover after I took the car home that it was not fully fitted. There is a noticeable disconnect where the top inside corner of the painted metal cover isn’t fully flush with the black plastic housing.

Mario is an exemplary employee! Warm and polite and respectful….and detail oriented. What more could I ask for? He pointed out everything that was being done to my car….what it may need in the near future, etc.

Lack of clear communication. I was told what the estimate was, but then the actual bill was higher. Apparently I wasn’t told that the estimate didn’t include tax. It’s not about the dollars and cents; it’s about creating clear expectations.
