Not sure what happened for the wrong camera to be ordered initially. I would have thought that a part could be looked up based on the model of the vehicle and the options available could be provided. I don’t recall having any options as only one dash cam was the only option, which I thought was the correct part. Thankfully, I called Alma to ask if she can schedule the installation of the dash cam and she was able to sort out that it was not the part I wanted, and was able to get the right part ordered and installed. She is definitely on of the best Service Advisors that I have worked with at any dealership.
