The team took care of the “extras” not part of the interval mileage checkup without fuss or charge. Ben explained the need for new tires and proposed a safe an affordable plan for their replacement. Great experience all around. Thank you, Putnam Lexus!

There is still a tire pressure gage light still on. I read that it could be a battery that is out. The went to check tire pressure and all good. Bummed that was not looked into when they maintained the car.

Alma Cardenas-orozco was very helpful and attentive. She answered my questions and made suggestions in regards returning in the near future for a follow up on some of the repairs my car still needs. She was courteous and pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with her help .
