George is always very welcoming to me and provides excellent service. He keeps me up to date on my vehicle and I trust him to take care of everything.I have been a Lexus customer since 1989 and George provides to me the level of service I expect from Lexus. I drive several cars and deal with several service advisors in different dealers in general Lexus Putnam does a good job, and Alma is easy to work with ,she is so respectful, polite and professional. You don't feel pushed to any repair or service, she explains very detail of the services and provide the recommendations. In other word she knows the job and how to keep the customers satisfy. I will be more than happy to provide more detail feedback about my experience.

To my undersanding, Lexus ranks highest in customer satisfaction ranking (J. D. Power, 2024). I can't talk highly enough of Putnam Lexus, Redwood City, CA. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. David was very welcoming, cordial, and knowledgeable. He took time to address all my questions and concerns. The team kept me informed every step of the way, explaing the repairs in details.I left the service center confident. I highly recommend the Punam Lexus Redwood City automotive services.
