Your service is always tops. Everyone, David Lisa and those behind the counter, are very accommodating and personal. Thanks to your awareness to possible rodent damage, my car was checked out upon my arrival and the damage caught before it became more extensive. I was surprised to be given a LOANER and SO ASHAMED to return it a day later badly damaged but NO ONE blinked an eye in my presence, exhibited any annoyance or shaming toward me. They were extremely gracious and that speaks volumes for how exceptional your Service Department functions as a whole! Debra R
