There was a screw in my tire. You guys took the screw out but didn’t seal it sufficiently. Now I’m stuck waiting for AAA and will need to get a new tire.

I sat and waited for my car to get fixed. The mechanic didn’t know that. So I waited for more than 3 1/2 hours. When I asked if my car was done, I was told the service advisor was on lunch and she had to close me out. I asked if a supervisor could close me out so I didn’t have to wait another 45 mins for the service advisor to come back from lunch. I was also told my car was in line to be washed and it would take a little while. I declined the car was to expedite things. The advisor came to do paperwork soon after and when I got to my car, it had already been washed. A lot of confusion and miscommunication for a service that didn’t have to take up 3 1/2 hours of my time. The mechanic did what was needed on my car and I'm grateful.

Nobody called about the car today. It was promised for today. I had to walk to the dealership to find service closed, then to the sales department to find this out, and there’s nothing they can do about it. This is not good service!
