Great experience. Randy is great. He is efficient and pulled in technician Peter to diagnose and resolve the issues with my car after the collision repair company missed a wheel bearing problem. Adjustment too of our tire pressure seems to have helped as well. I feel confident that if there is any future problem from the accident repair that Randy and the service team will figure it out. Thsnks again for the loaner car.

My car isn’t done yet…so I can’t answer this question yet. I was driving to pick it up yesterday, but noticed that when I went to Promise Pay, there was one item that needed to be repaired immediately (in red) and 4 other maintenance recommendations. I called Lexus and they told me to talk to Alma Monday to let her know I wanted the repairs made.

I had mentioned that the water coolant of Auxiliary water tank level is pretty low when chech-in my vehicle in the site. However it didn’t fix/re/fill up it when I pickup car. Although I called Randy to have someone fix it right way before i leaving, but I’m not sure how the maintainer to do all the checking/SOP? How come it would miss a very basics coolants water level checking and even I had noticed there is a problem over there in the beginning?
