I have been a Lexus customer for several years. I have no issue with service, everyone is great. However the customer lounge, particularly the snacks are abysmal. Please improve!

Ben does an excellent job explaining to me any questions I have in regards to my car and what to look forward to for the next upcoming service. Today he helped me with some issues I was having with connecting my iPhone to the car and informed me that the model of my car does not have the retrofitted Apple Car Plsy.
