Major billing issue where the full amount of the vehicle repair (already paid for by our insurance company) was charged to my personal c.c. today. What was supposed to be charged was the $250 deductible. When I spoke to the Lexus Financial rep in the dealership the response I received was “don’t worry about it. It’ll be taken care of.” Not what you want to be told when a $13k charge hits your card unexpectedly. Unacceptable. And without apology.
