Only note that the customer should press “confirm” signature on the payment page themselves. I held off the “confirm” after signing it with finger bc I was intend to take another look at the paperwork but the staff at service front desk pressed it for me and finished my transaction before I intended to.

It was my first time meeting George. He is very professional. He went over the items to be checked and cost. Then he took the video inspection and texted me along with the document that lists all the work to be done during the service visit. No other advisor has done it before. I really like his style of communication.
