It wasn’t fixed. This truck had given trouble from day one...I have owned gm. All my life. But at this point. I’ll never buy another one. There is absolutely no reason for something to cost this much and give so much trouble. Everyone I dealt with were good. But no one seems to be able to fix it

I do not want a call. I am done with central dealerships. The service was sub-par and if I had not made the effort in checking in on my vehicle over the last 8 weeks I would have never heard from anyone. As of today my vehicle is at a different dealership that I am guaranteed will not take 8 weeks to get an answer of “there’s nothing we can do”. There is always something a dealer can do even if it means making a new sale. So well done central you just lost a customer. I would highly recommend working on your customer service efforts.
