I drove off n had to come back because the tire pressure setting had not been reset correctly. Everything else was fine but that should have been confirmed before I drove off I had appointment at 8 Am n the doors were locked at 7:55 when I arrived

I simply went in for an oil change and new battery and when I got my bill there were so many extras tacked on that it yanked my bill up to over $500. That is a disservice to your customers and is just bad business to do that to someone. Will not be returning.

Tom screwed me over and now Gmc doesn’t get my business anymore. Told me my truck is under warranty and won’t cost a thing. Then calls back after work has been done and says not covered and i have to pay a invoice. That’s not professional at all and didn’t tell me or keep me updated. I would have liked to have known if their would have been a labor charge or anything. Don’t say your free and covered of your really not. Was going to buy 3 more diesels but not anymore. Thanks to dumb Tom and whoever made me pay that dumb fee after telling me it’s covered.we have all agreed, My family, my personal business nor my contractors i subcontract jobs to will buy anything from Gmc now. I told him if he makes me pay that then we’re done. So we’re done.
