I was a disappointed that he could not tell me how to get the oil change rebate.
We asked if my vehicle was still under warranty and we were told yes. After services were already done, we were informed that the warranty had expired. We ended up having to pay $170 for a battery to be changed. We have nothing but issues when getting services with GMC. We should have been informed before my car was worked on because we would have went somewhere else.
