I took my Silverado to the Chevy dealership to get the oil changed. I explained that my truck was jerking at low speeds. The lady there said it was because I don’t drive it enough. I then took it to GMC and they found the problem and did what they could to fix it. Thanks for people like BJ in the GMC service department that care about the customers that have just paid out a lot of money for a vehicle. From now on my Chevy will go to GMC for service. Now , I feel bad I didn’t buy another GMC. The BS excuse from Chevy is not what I needed to hear and I hope others are not treated the same way.

I’m concerned about them having to drain all the transmission oil out and replacing it with the correct stuff. That’s what was making my new truck ride like it was on a wash board since I bought it??? Never heard of it before. Also it took longer than usual and would of liked a courtesy car to drive while waiting. Then they didn’t even wash it like they have in the past.
