This is the second time in the past month (different vehicles) he has been awesome with his customer service and on top of his game. He has made both of my experiences great. Quality employee from where I stand.

It’s nice to take a vehicle to get it serviced or repaired and talk to the people that work there and they understand what you are talking about and the people at the GMC shop are always friendly
I have paid for oil change and tire rotation for the last two years on my new GMC. I have noticed the tires were not being rotated. I pointed it out to the mechanics and was told they don't rotate tires with custom wheels. However I have been paying and assuming they were being rotated. If your not going to do it you need to let customers know and don't charge for it.
