One issue is the dealerships failure to address the phones, Jon and his team worked diligently to handle both customers and phones but additional staff is needed to answer phones

I am in the Alfa Romeo Giulia Club. So many Alfa owners across the country are having issues with their dealerships, which I believe is a result of not having properly train technicians.
A car that can’t be properly diagnosed and repaired is worthless.
I haven’t an any such problems,
as Will is not only an experienced tech, but also knowledgeable,
and apparently, very well trained on Alfa’s.
I am completely satisfied with the car,
but mostly, because Will and Jon do such a tremendous job of taking care of all of my car.
I highly recommend Scottsdale Alfa Romeo to all my Alfa Romeo friends!

I make my service appointments for morning. I don’t wait at the dealership, and it seems that my car is given last priority since I’m not waiting for it. What is the point of making appointments? Also, on this last visit my husband knew more about what service the car needed than the service advisor seemed to.
