Jon Kenney is a great service mgr. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The dealership is terrible however. To wait for an hour at the dealership for a loaner and then have to go to Enterprise Rent-a-Car and wait for 3 hrs for a loaner is a waste of a day and my time. The Covid excuse is an old one at this point. Get your act together!

I had an appointment to have my oil changed at 7:30 am I did not get my car until 9:50. I just hope that the oil tech is not getting paid by the hour., because he must have walked around with a coffee cup in his hand for about an hour and then went to the bathroom for another hour and then decided to actually do some work. I know exactly how long it takes to change the oil in my Fiat Abarth.because I have done it myself so an seasoned tech should have done the oil change in about 15 minutes. I can’t believe I had to wait that long just for a simple oil change.
