Oron, filling in for Jon Kenny was great. He was able to pull up records, making sure my Giulia got the service needed. He took the car while I waited in the lounge and within a short time, ( the shortest time I ever waited at Alpha) my car was back, clean, and I was on my way. ????????

I would have welcomed better parts supplies but the alpha extended warranty covered the rental so it was a minor in incinvenience

As always, Mr. Kenney (Jon), my Service Advisor, did a great job by making sure that all regular maintenance is done per the Fiat checklist. I am a firm believer in keeping up with scheduled maintenance.
I will add that I was not at all happy that Mr. Khan (Ozzy), the General Manager, refused to honor the free oil change coupon that I presented. I realize that the expiration date on the coupon had long ago passed; but when I originally got the coupon and explained to Mr. Khan that I had a 6 year maintenance warranty which included oil changes, he is the one who said to wait to redeem the coupon until my 6 year maintenance warranty had ended. Mr. Khan did offer a mini detail as compensation and I accepted that offer . . . still not happy. Oh, I have three free oil change coupons that I received each time that I attended new customer appreciation days; and no, I did not take extra coupons as was implied by Mr. Khan. That being said, other than this instance, Mr. Khan, starting from the day that I purchased my 2014 Fiat 500L in Jan. of 2015, has always treated me fairly and with kindness.
