Yolanda Bell was the best . 100% would recommend her to anyone — your Dealership I am not so sure . PLEASE READ : Barely a day later I’m getting phone calls from your dealership soliciting to buy my car and to sell me another car , which tells me you are just randomly sharing customer information amongst your useless salesman Got 2 phone calls - one was from “ Jack “ ?+****-****-xxxx? , other one was blocked and VERY RUDE , I didn’t even catch his name . REALLY ????? We have 3 cars and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to your dealership I just purchased extended warranty hence why I was there with my wife’s car - and I think will be going somewhere else because of this issue . Barely 24 hours later and you are already soliciting me , at least buy me a **** drink first . This is 100% factual review .

My service experience was outstanding. That’s a very different question compared to a recommendation. Jon is a great service advisor, and he always makes it a great client experience. My recommendation or lack their of is regard to the sales process.

Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his help. He was very busy and still made me Feel like I had his attention. Yolanda was very helpful and attentive too. She went out of her way to go to the sales dept to get a car fax report run.

Representative kept me informed all 7 days that my car was in service to replace a modular and the hatch wiring jacket. My service was good do to being informed. If I hadn’t been informed I might not be so satisfied given the simplicity of the service. But overall I was satisfied. Kudos to John Kenny !

Yolanda help me in an emergency with my 2018 Stelvio which was purchased at your store. She got me in and got me fixed efficiently when she had limited resources and was very busy. Very pleasant, very efficient. You are fortunate to have Yolanda representing you in the service department. Thanks.

A job well done is a understatement, always a pleasure doing business with alfa romeo and their amazing representing Jonathan Kinney. I drive a hour and a half to have my giulia serviced specifically at this location because I can entrust good honest work

I took it on for an issue and when I went to pick it up it was fixed I think but never got my receipt because the mechanic was running out time and left it open when he left.And now I have a new issue and have to bring it back because he didn't fix it when he put everything back together. It would not be a big deal but this seems to happen every time I bring my car in for service and it's not like a hope skip and a jump to you I live 82 miles round-trip. They are not very good at communicating. And keeping the customer updated I had to call several times to see what the progress was on it and yes I got a computerized text saying he had open the ticket but nothing else I had to call to find out that they had to order the part I had to call to find out it did not come in and I had to call to find out if it was don't yet and at 2:45 was told it would be done at 5 and so I had to rush down there fight through rush hour traffic on a Friday to find it not completely and having another issue that I have to bring back at another day because the mechanic rushed out. This is very inconveniencing that I have to bring it back again... ????
