There was lack of communication between the service desk and myself. Two separate members of your team gave me two different times of when my car would be ready. One rep said the car would be done the following Tuesday so I went to pick up the loaner on Friday. As I planned my out of town trip Saturday another rep called me to tell me my car would be done Saturday morning. This completely changed my weekend plans, as well as having had to spend Money to fill up the tank on the loaner — which unfortunately had an empty tank, making me have to stop by the gas station first thing out of the dealership. There seemed to be a general lack of consideration for my time and the overall satisfaction of service. This is my second time having anything serviced at your location and both times have not been a satisfactory experience. I prefer going to other dealerships to get the car serviced.
Jon Kenner was a professional Who makes customer (me) Feel welcome and appreciated, he took time to explain possible causes on the issues I have with the vehicle, but calmly assured me that the tech will look at every issue(s) I mentioned .
Jon Kenny was great but you have real problems with your automated phone system. I have been receiving calls all day from people wanting to book a service for their Alfa Romeo and they are being directed to my mobile number
