Jon was wonderful,as always,in taking care of my car and answering all my questions. I also appreciated that he wore a mask when interfacing with me. However, I was disappointed when waiting in the waiting room how many employees from the inner offices came through the waiting area and congregated around the coffee area without wearing masks. We're all in this together and should be protecting each other as well as ourselves.

Yolanda was great. She and Jon are a great team. They are attentive, courteous, professional, helpful with great information. I trust them both implicitly. They are absolutely perfect representatives of Scottsdale Alfa/ Fiat. Scottsdale Alfa/Fiat is lucky to have them as service specialists who are very skilled at dealing with the public, which is not always an easy or pleasant job.

I have had to put my car in the shop a couple of times and Jon Kenney has always been quick with the solution to the problem. For me taking my car in for repair is something I hate to deal with but Jon has made the process much easier both times. His friendly we will get it done attitude has taken the stress out of a stressful situation. My wife feels comfortable with him and that’s a big deal to me.
