As usual my service visit went smoothly. Will, the tech, and Jon, the service advisor, are great! I think it’s a lot to spend $200 for an oil change, But I am confident Will took care of my car, as if it was his own car. That speaks volumes of what I think about him and the service there. I don’t have to worry if all the bolts were put back correctly because I know Will is meticulous. That’s just his style.

Was supposed to have zaktek treatment on my Corvette. I took the car to the car wash before I came for the treatment. The car was supposedly done in a half hour and I got home I could tell nothing was done at all because the water spots were still there from the car wash earlier. Zaktek is a 7 step process that take up to 3 hours or more if done correctly. I feel they drove the car in and out of the shop and that was it... very unhappy with this
