Great service advisor, but I have to come back for a fourth time to fix my AC unit because the techs Didn’t double check when they put the car back together

Spontaneous issue dealt quickly as if I was a special customer
I found John to be a pleasure to deal with. If all service advisors for Alfa treated customers the way he treated me there would be more Alfa buyers and the brand would win awards for customer service.
I have always had issue with this dealearships service department. For the most part people are pleasant and try to be helpful but often I feel like I am part of a comedy of errors. The latest was that they lost all history of my car and service on my car. I had to supply them with past invoices so that they can recreate my account. Even when I provided fhem with the past services. I was still told that I needed service on things it was evident that I had already had done from my own records. When I went to finally retrieve my car, nobody was available that knew how to take a credit card. Everything is always an ordeal. Even with all this not once did anyone suggest that or think that maybe they should apply some discount to the bill for all my troubles. Really should I have to do your job and then pay you for it too.
Jon was great. Knowledgeable and prompt. He explained everything.
