My experience was great. The salesman, Dillin was fantastic. He took the time to stop and talk to us when no one came out to greet us. He stayed with us and walk us through the process even though we did not have an appointment.

They failed to put enough oil in my car after the oil change, so I was told. Honestly, I don’t think the oil was changed until I complained and checked the dip stick with the gentleman that helped me at checkout. He sent my car back through to add more oil, fill the washer fluid, and replace the sticker in the window. They did not fill up my windshield washer fluid without me pointing it out, they did not replace the sticker on my windshield showing my oil was changed without me pointing that out, and my paperwork showed a 27-point inspection was completed, but I was not advised of or provided any paper work in regards to the results. Unfortunately, Reliable Chevrolet failed me in many areas. I’m extremely disappointed.

Austin was incredible. He went above & beyond to track down a problem & cure it.
I let one of the guys know but all 4 of the rims were poorly cleaned I can run my finger on it and I get dirt all over my finger and the inside of the roof was covered in dirt and the edges of the fenders still had dirt on them. there were also still dirt pieces on the outside of the car which should have came off with the buffing since I can scratch them off with my nail. The Jeep is a lot cleaner than it initially was but I personally think that it was not worth 215$
