The customer service rep named Shawn was fine. But...
Besides diagnosing the problem I brought the car in for, your tech suggested some other services. One of those was an oil change. I’d had the oil changed by another dealership less than 300 miles ago. There was even a sticker in the window saying as much. How often does that work? That you get to extract $60 from someone for something so obviously unneeded? Not a good way to foster trust in your service department.

Brad, our sales rep was amazing. However, the inside detailing was not impressive. Spots were still obviously dirty and not exactly what I was expecting. Also, the exterior had a dent by gas cap not fixed and a scuff not touched up. I know I bought the vehicle before it hit the lot and prior to it being detailed, but it should have gotten done and not rushed through.
Car buying is not an enjoyable thing for us but Dillon Turner, our salesperson, helped make it ‘not so bad’;). Dillon made us very comfortable in the process as he was very patient w our many questions and worked diligently to meet our requests. In the end, we enjoyed our experience and are very pleased w our purchase!
