They had us sign a paper before we got done with paperwork that detailing would be done but it was not. They put gas in it and rinsed the outside and that was it. All stickers were still on floor mats were not put down nothing swept it wiped down on the inside.

You had no beverages in the customer waiting area. At the minimum, you could have provided some bottled water or water in a dispenser.
