First of all when I called to price an oil change I was told one price and when I picked up my truck it was a higher price. Wasn’t going to argue about it. I know I won’t be back. The last several times I or my wife has came in for service or to purchase a new car it’s been a circus. I had been a loyal customer and purchased several vehicles through this dealership, and I will not return for either part of your business!

I have a 2013 Infiniti that I purchased at your Infiniti February 2013. i have never taken my Infiniti anywhere else for service or other problems except when I had recent hail damage and couldn’t even get in for an estimate, so I went to Dings ‘N’ Things. They did a great repair job on the body and windshield damage.

The gentleman that helped me was amazing and super nice. The fixes they made was great too, but I do have only one complaint. When I took my vehicle in I was told it would only take 2 days. Instead it took a whole week and I was frustrated because I should have been given a real timeline of how long it will take.

My new car has been in the shop more than I've had it, for 6 months now I've had brake issues and Dixie has been rude as well as Sean. They say it's fixed only for it to be a lie, it took Tyler Nation to get things going . I just had it in again gor the same issue and was told it was fixed , 45 minutes later it's now back in the shop and the mechanic doesn't know if he can fix

I was promised they would take care of all the damage to the hood of the car I bought but if you look at it you see each place they put paint on the chips. Then they call and act like it was a great job. The hood needed to be painted. This is the last car I can afford before I retire. I feel very sad.

I do not wish to speak to my Representative, I would rather be done with Reliable Chevy as a whole. They tried taking advantage of my fiancé because she was a young women who they most likely believed didn’t “know any better”. They marked up every single part that they quoted us on. Then tried to push her into getting everything that needed “fixed” to be done quickly. My guess is because they wanted her to pay before she gave the quote to anyone with some sense about vehicles. Then when she arrived to pick up the truck, they were rude to her, made her wait an excessive amount of time, then dropped 260 diagnostics fee on her. She did not believe the diagnostics was to cost this much. All in all I will forfeit the 260 dollars and never deal with Chevy again... also I got everything re-quoted by a different shop for close to 1/3 of the price. I don’t believe Chevy would even try to right their wrongs for attempting to take advantage of someone who seemed vulnerable. We will not being giving good reviews nor suggesting any friends or family to go to this place of business.
