I had a check engine light and took it seriously to be charged over 100 dollars to have something on my battery tightened. I could have done it for free. I am extremely upset and will never return to the business so long as this is their practice

It shouldn’t take 2 hours for an oil change.
I’m still having coolant issues and they didnt try looking for any other potential issue. I ended up with potentially a blown head gasket and had to find other means of getting my vehicle fixed. I’m very unsatisfied
Service was excellent. I only question chevys design that has to remove the bumper to replace a headlight bulb.
My biggest problem with most places is having people messing with my property on the inside of my car. This service however, was a very professional service. Everything was exactly how i left things. Very pretty quick on getting my car in and out as well. Everyone did an amazing job!

Waiting 3 hours for an oil change is too much... then it was put on the paper that they had our vehicle finished in an hour and 14 minutes... We had all three of our kids with us and no communication was made as far as updates. When I asked about our car... it was 30 minutes before a reply was given and it was in all caps that she was waiting on paperwork with an exclamation at the end!
Of course, always amazing service! Was greeted by Debbi and Dixie even took my diaper bag to my car and brought it up when my 1 year old was getting fussy! Amazing job and Reliable will always be my choice for service!!!!!
