Management refusal to repair/replace the poorly engineered and manufactured drivers seat controls housing is a clear indication that customer satisfaction is not a genuine priority at Reliable Chevrolet. Common sense dictates that a recognized design/manufacturing failure should be unacceptable to the Chevrolet Manufacturer and their Dealerships and your customers should not be expected to accept a defective product. Customer retention depends on customer satisfaction and this customer is not satisfied!

I called and talked to someone, not sure of his name, but I told him EXACTLY what I wanted done to my vehicle and how much it was going to cost. I called again before my appointment and talked to a service guy and he said there might be a 135 dollar diagnostic fee. I really didnt pay attention here due to I had already told you guys what I wanted done. I asked them when i got there to pick it up why I had to pay for nothing.Your service guy said well that's what I THOUGHT you wanted. so I guess its my fault you guys had a lack of communication I will never come back for any reason and I will be sure to tell anyone about how I was screwed by good ol reliable.

Appointment at 1 checked in 1:23 was on lunch hour and an hour and 45 minutes later I finally got my truck back. Total time from leaving work to getting back 2 hours 45 minutes. Was told making appointment it would be fast. Not.
