I did not know Debbie but she made me feel like we were friends. She was efficient and gave knowledge about what was being done to fix the vehicle. The shuttle driver Immediately made me feel comfortable, like she enjoyed the opportunity to be of service to me. All of the building I saw was clean. Only negative for me was the lack of free drinks and snack food. Anticipating a big bill and having a long wait is bad enough but only having a machine calling me to spend more money because I am bored dampened my experience at the encounter. I had purchased my Silverado there.

So this is my second time here, and I thought it would be better than the first time, but it really wasn't. I cant complain about how quickly they got my car done. What I don't understand is how come the staff is not very friendly. I pulled up and no one told me what bay to go into, then the guy gets in my face to ask me what I am here for when I feel like they should already know when you make an appointment. He then walks away and someone else comes over. He tells me to get out of my car and didn't tell me to leave it running or not, I have to ask all the questions, again not friendly at all and did not ask me to get out, he told me. I go over to his desk, and he tells me they will get it in and doesn't show me or walk me to the waiting area. I guess I am used to better customer service but I think it is terrible that no one can be nice or friendly with you from the moment you pull in. There are plenty of other places I could take my car to get worked on. I am disappointed that this is my experience for the second time in a row.

The decision to buy from Reliable was not a small one. I'm extremely happy with that decision! The care and service I've received since my signature on the purchase agreement, to the signature on my receipt for my first scheduled service has been nothing short of stellar!
