Chance did a great job helping in every way he could including getting me a loaner for the weekend. The problem lay in the inability of the parts department not being able to get a simple "single" tire that was needed in a reasonable time so I could simply just leave with my own vehicle instead. Again, I was very satisfied with Chance's effort and willingness to help me in any way possible. I look forward to working with him in the future for service needs.

She explains the services in detail giving all the information needed such as estimated amount of time for repair and area if not exact cost of service. After not experiencing great customer service at my June visit, Chance was professional and found solution. Please know that Chance treated me with extreme care and explained all the service information I did not understand and communicated several times throughout the day. What really pushed his service over the top was.... allowing my car to be picked up and dropped off so I was not inconvenience.
