Chance was polite and asked what I needed. When the vehicle was done he came and got me from waiting and walked me to the care and thanked me for my business.

Could have been better communication! I had to call and require updates twice.
When you text estimates. It was unclear exactly what an individual part and labor cost would be. Was not sure if it was a running total or individual? Also had the car for two full days. The service dept were very nice and always offered a loaner.

Car looks great for its age and where it lives and you got us in right away. I wish they had given us a heads up on when you closed and when the car would be ready because by the time I got the message the car was done I had just enough time to get there before you closed which caused some anxiety
