The last time it was in for service someone had broken the dipstick off it’s mount, I fixed it when I discovered it. This time the dipstick was broken off it’s mount AGAIN. While I don’t have the newest car I would appreciate it if something gets broken to please fix it like how I brought it in.

The car looked great except for the wheels. The tires were treated but the wheels were dirty with brake dust. Maybe they don’t do wheels. Anyway you asked if we were “completely” satisfied so there you have it. Otherwise we line the service we get at Reliable. Remember also that the car is in Deborah’s name but I take care of all the service issues.

This was such a weird situation and Austin made sure my car was fixed properly! I really appreciate all his diligence!
Debbie went above and beyond today! She was so kind and heard that we were in desperate need to have our car looked at as we were on our way home from out of town, Lincoln, NE. She didn’t have any appointments open today but could tell I was in need of help and told us to come in and she got us all fixed up so we could drive home safely with our three girls! We had been turned away by several dealerships before calling her and she went out of her way to help us! We will never forget her help and kindness, thank you so much!!

Took way too much time but they do good work.
It cost 120 dollars the second time some how the tech is not getting the filter to get proper setting this needs to be addressed.
