Debbie did not give me a straight answer on my truck and when she did she was just hoping, thinking or out right lieing. I sent her a text to get an update and her response was "so far so good." What kind of update is that? Took them 3 and a half weeks to even take a look at my truck and 5 weeks before I got it back. They gave me a compact car instead of a truck knowing that I run a construction business out of my truck,and were in no hurry to get it done. Absolutely worst service I have ever had, i hope that i never have to deal with you guys again.
Yes I appreciated it When Debbie worked me in when my appointment hadn’t been wrote down with me driving an hour to get there at seven there was several things wrong with my car and she managed to get me in and even offered me a loaner but I was perfectly fine waiting there for my car and she was able to fix most of the problems that the car had today.
