Everyone was very helpful and very nice.
I was told there were no appointments available until Wednesday at 12:30, but if I brought my truck in Monday they would try to work it in before then. They got it in Monday and it was ready Tuesday morning! I am very impressed with the service I received from Austin and from Reliable Chevrolet. I really got the impression that the people there care about the customer. I will definitely be back the next time I need service. Thank you!

I had an appointment scheduled for 9 for a simple oil change and I didn’t leave there until 11:15. The service is good, just the time management and scheduling needs improvement.
He is a wonderful man to work with very helpful.
He knew what he was doing,he told me a hour but it took a little longer a said he was kept saying he was sorry, it was just fine with me, and then he walked me to my truck
She is simply wonderful she's helped us get our vehicle fixed and at the same time made sure that we've had a ride where I can get my husband to and from work. without her I would not be able to get him to and from work my husband's simply in love with this new 2021 trailblazer and because of her I think we might be getting a trailblazer now. Ha ha.. you could tell her she's a great sales woman too... Great sales woman and a great help on getting us out of a bind when we needed to get him to work while we needed to get our car fixed while this carwash that damaged our car is giving us a snake oil of a time.. Thank you for going above and beyond and Thank you for for being great people at Reliable Chevrolet!

It took 2 hours and I had an appointment. It was just an oil change. I also have a 2020 vehicle and it doesn’t get free oil changes
