I've been very pleased with this dealership. Both the sales, and service dept.
Employees were not masked during a pandemic. They should be wearing masks over the nose and mouth when talking to customers, as well as working inside vehicles. The pathogen is airborne and can enter cars’ climate systems.
Satisfied with the service visit on 8/15/20, my only complaint would be they did not reset my information on the dash

She did a good job. They told me to be there at 9:30 am. They did not work on my car until the next day. I was able to get my car at 4:30 pm the next day. They did not fix the locking problem to make the horn sound. Not good work for the customer.

The service couldn't have been better. Sean was very kind, informative and very Professional.
After waiting roughly an hour and a half for the oil change and rotation we were told it was ready. My husband went out to finalize and get the car and all four service people were on the phone for a good 5 minutes. I'm sure they were all talking to customers, but it was frustrating.
Debbie peavey took care of me very very good she keep me updated on everything I need to know and made sure to let me know what I’m paying for and hm everything was she keep in constant contact to make sure I knew when my vechile was ready when I asked about it. No doubt was very good customer service from her and if I have any issue with my car again I sure hope she is the person I have again.
