My truck was sent to corwin dodge they never found nothing wrong on the ride home my engine overheated light came on then went back off. The day I bought the truck driving it home the engine overheated light came on so back it went I’ve owned this truck 2 months it’s been in the shop 1 week each month with nothing being found but when the light comes on no one can find nothing Strange I’m sure I’ve not seen the last of this issue. Might be. Short but I’ll keep driving u til it overheats and **** stops then maybe a problem can be found. Reliable was decent gave me a car to drive and I’m grateful but to buy one and worry every time u travel is hard
Service took too long. Over two weeks. The initial problem is better but the transmission shutters now. Can’t trust to bring it back since no trucks for loan are available and service takes too long
Oil leaks from filter after service. Quality control needs improvement!

The morning my car stopped working in the middle of traffic I was in pretty awful spirits. But as soon as I drove up and met Debbie I immediately felt better. She was so kind and personable and assured me I was in good hands and for sure I was.

I thought the price I paid for the service was very high. I had major work done on the air conditioner system in May. In fact $1700.00 + and of course one hose was not replaced then and it leaked 3 months later and I end up with an additional $400.00+ bill today. To me 2.5 hours of labor to total $250.00 + was very high.

I was treated very well by the staff at Reliable. But I am not very happy with GM because they have a problem with the radio and phone in their products and don’t seem to be coming up with a solution. With the price of these trucks, you expect things to work or at least a solution in a timely manner
Debbie is a positive, cheerful, customer focused Service Advisor. She handled all of our service needs on our Son’s Camaro in a thorough, expeditious manner. Regardless of what you currently pay her, she deserves a raise for her professionalism.
