Friendly, efficient and professional. We were greeted as though we were highly valued customers. Repair time was given beforehand and completed when promised. The complete and utter lack of initiative and honesty of the service department of this dealership would be embarrassing to me as a manager or an owner. I needed my car diagnosed for an issue that occurred while driving and no one could be bothered to drive my car one single mile and kept telling me they couldn’t recreate the problem. Not to mention, your techs and service advisors don’t know the difference between a coolant leak or an oil leak nor the GENERAL location of a water pump. I had to get very disrespectful with Terry to get any kind of a point across and shouldn’t have to talk to or make someone feel that way, especially considering it wasn’t his fault to begin with. I don’t believe I’ll ever bring my car back to this dealership again. I also don’t believe I should’ve paid a diagnostic fee for something that couldn’t be diagnosed due to blatant laziness and neglect but it was offered to be looked at a second time without a diagnostic charge, despite the car not being moved any further other than to be pulled out of the way. I will never recommend anyone have their vehicles serviced here or allow Austin to do anything with a vehicle. I really think Chance, or Chase, is the most respectful and proactive help I’ve seen on your service drive.

1. Debbie put washer fluid in my truck. But she really should use a funnel to prevent splashing into the engine bay. 2. We had a disagreement about my DEF service, which ultimately required intervention from the service manager. He handled it properly and honored a price quote I recieved over the phone. Reliable Chevy was charging me about $12 for a gallon of DEF. Debbie was incredulous, even rolled her eyes, when I told her that the cost of DEF is about $3 a gallon at truck stops. Debbie should educate herself. 3. There was a misunderstanding about my service regarding my engine air filter housing. I came into reliable Chevy 2 weeks before my service, and I spoke with Chance who ordered the part for me, and based on our conversations, I left feeling that the part should be covered under the manufacturers warranty. Come service time 2 weeks later, Debbie informs me that Chance did not give me the right information. The service manager tells me Chevy doesn't warrant parts for defects in parts, only if there is failure of the part. My engine filter housing had a broken plastic component. I was afraid that that it would cause a gap and allow debris into the engine. Service manager assured that this wouldn't happen. I'm OK with that. 4. I had oil change and tire rotation service. I understand oil can spill when changing the oil. But if it does spill somewhere in the engine bay, I would appreciate it if the tech can clean it up. There was oil near the hood latch and on the top and side of my engine air filter housing. I drove to a gas station to clean this mess up. 5. My android auto never worked when I purchased the vehicle. Finally got around to it, and they managed to fix this. Thank you. 6.I've had my truck serviced here 1 additional time for an oil change without any problems. My experience with Debbie, in particular, was off putting. I will seek future service at Ozark Chevrolet. If I return to Reliable Chevy, I do not want to work with Debbie again.
