My service representative was great. My problem is I thought I had a full warranty on my truck for 3/36,000 my seat has prematurely pulled apart. He said it was not covered. If that is true this will be my first and last Chevy. However the service people were very nice, fast, and professional.

I took the car in last Friday, with a tire that leaked 20 pounds of air every 12 hours. You mechanics said they couldn't find the leak, and take it back to Pinegar, who remounted the tire on a used rim. I took it there on Saturday, but they said they couldn't get to it till Thursday. So, I immediately called Reliable, to see if they could try as gain on Saturday, no. I set up an appointment for Monday, Tbey ended up finding a leaking valve stem. It's not all your fault, this was such a hassle. I believe Pinegar should have fixed it right the first time. I just can't understand why I had to insist that the tire was leaking, to get it repaired. I've spend a lot of money on maintenance for two newer Chevys. I just can't find a place take can do an oil change in less than 2 hours. I don't understand why you make an appointment. It should only take 20 minutes. Who's got 2 hours to waste sitting and waiting. I'm done with Reliable.

I had a scheduled appointment for a NEW KEY AND FOB. It took 41/2 hours. My wife sat at your dealership for 2 hours only to be brought back a KEY FOB and NO KEY. She WAITED another 2.5 HOURS to get a New key. We both were extremely disappointed and angry with this visit.
