Brought the car in for 4 things to be done but after 6 hours they were only able to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Was sent home with faulty breaks and a bad navigation system to make another service date for. Debbie was awesome though.

Was told by the salesman that sold me the vehicle that oil changes would be free while the vehicle was under the new warranty. NOT SO! Not happy about the deception.

Customer service needs to be better attentive to customers. We had a scheduled appointment, but we were pushed back due to a couple of techs being in a class. We were never told that until we came back a couple of hours later. Then we were asked if we wanted a car instead of already setting us up with one since our car wasn’t even looked at and gave us no time frame at all. To sum things up, if a customer sets up an appointment then it should be at that time and not put back into the shop until the techs get ready. Thank you.

Tire sensor was broken when tires were changed and caused low tire light to come on on the way home, in the dark. Also took 4.5 hours to change 4 tires?
