Debbie did an amazing job, the service and the vehicle repairs seems to have resolved the issues for which it was brought in and they identified other issues I had repairs done on as well. The return of the loaner was the biggest concern. It was delivered to me, there was little introduction and no pre-inspection. There was a tiny tiny paint chip on the front of the hood upon return, likely not visible from a standard walk around of the vehicle. I was charged $300 for the “estimate repair” of “painting the hood” when likely it will be touched up and unnoticeable. Very frustrated over that, as I Not only did I spend $1100 and the inconvenience if not having my own vehicle back in a weeks time due to Chevy parts delivery issues, which forced me to keep the loaner and drive it back and forth to St Louis (Poor likely this issue would not have occurred head and I had to drive the vehicle for an extended amount of time due to Chevys issues ), but I also would have considered that “normal wear and tear” as described in the loaner contract. Other rental organizations do not charge for minor issues like that as a result of standard driving and this was considerably smaller of an issue than even they concern themselves with. Very frustrating that I had to pay $300 for this. So much for a “free loaner” as it woulda been cheaper for me to have rented a vehicle for 10 days at $25/day than to pay a BS charge for an estimated repair that likely will never happen that could have been there prior to myself getting the vehicle.

Austin failed to return multiple phone calls regarding my replacement for a new touch screen. I’ve dealt with your service department in the past and it seems nothing has changed. I was going to pay to have you fix the issue but the lack of response is ridiculous. By far the worst service department of any Chevy dealership I’ve ever used

Debbie is the most trustworthy, knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in having my car serviced! I have complete confidence that she will advise me correctly as to what I need to have done!
