I have purchased several Chevrolet vehicles from your company with this last one purchased as a certified 2013 equinox! I have had it serviced there for each oil change along w keeping it maintained by my husband and myself exceptionally ! When I had a fender bender in 2016 the repair shop person told us about significant damage to the front not consistent w the details of the accident!!! This information has always left us questioning was there damage to that car that was not reported ? We did not have a car fax!
Today the amount of problems that my car has would total over 3000$ to fix which if you look at the items on the list these should not go out on a vehicle that is under 100,000! However I was told by Ms Peavey this is the normal wear and tear of a vehicle. I have to differ on this ! We were able to purchase the parts on line for 600$ and have a specialist place these on there !
I was upset w Ms Peavy because she would not call me w this information she had to EMAIL IT and when I tried to call her back she would never talk to me!! Poor communication for your business !
Also on the items listed was the corrosion on the battery cable that just one week before I paid to have it cleaned when o was there for my oil change !!!!!
I can understand when there is something really wrong w a car but on this ITEMIZED LIST was ridiculous, way off the charts for cost and in normal wear and tear on car should not go out!! You can count that I will never buy a Chevrolet from Reliable again!
First of all we came in at 8 am. I came in the door before because my window stopped working. They couldn’t get me in right away so I set up an appointment for the next morning to try and get it taken care of. Came in at 8 and was there until 1030 cause I had to be at work at 11. They were never able to fully fix my window in that 2 and a half hour time frame which is ridiculous. A regulator only takes like 30 minutes to put in. But then my fiancée had to bring the car back after he dropped me off at work. He was there from 1130 to 2. You can’t tell me it takes almost 6 hours to get a regulator on a window fixed. This makes me really upset. Plus no one noticed my fiancée was there for about 15 minutes. This happens every time I bring my car in and get fixed under warranty. Wasting my time every single time is ridiculous
The service department was immaculate, organized, educated and friendly. The offer up front of a loaner car was greatly appreciated. I felt that my car wasn’t just another job, but that the service writer cared about me as a person. Keep up the good work c
The service department stayed in contact with me. Larry made every effort to find parts for my vehicle so I could get it back in a timely fashion. The service department even detailed my car before it was returned.

Even though the Mail system caused the part to take much longer than expected, these two professional men took us through every step of the way. Great service done quickly
After one week with my car in your shop, the right hand mirror was still not in. You would think even with it being a holiday weekend, the mirror should have come in especially with it being a Chevy garage.
