One of the necessary parts was significantly delayed in arriving but I was provided with a loaner vehicle throughout the duration of the repair so I have no complaints. Thank you.

I was quoted for my service to be an hour to an hour and half, ended up being three and a half hours. The lady did mention they were shorthand, so I understood for the most part. I was there to get my call looked at because I received a recall notice about my vehicle. The notice said that I would receive a rental car while mine was being looked at. That was never brought up, so I had to move a few other appointments I had around a little bit. If I would've known that I wasn't getting a rental I wouldn't of scheduled anything else for the day. But I'll still always go to Reliable Chevrolet, because you've always taken care of your customers! Best dealership around! P.s. I'd rather not have anyone contact me. Its done and over with, life moves on! Can't stress about the small stuff, even though it was frustrating at the time!

Shuttle service. Vehicle done in a timely manner (of course I just left). Didn’t feel any update pressure. Love that. Codey was friendly and courteous.

After making a comment about being claustrophobic. And almost having an anxiety attack when I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced switching car seats out due to being closed in and feeling trapped. One of your **** head employees make a "joke" about not letting me out of the garage door. Not funny and very poor joke. Also no one bothered to show me how the cruise worked. Self explainable I supposed. I wasnt aware that it wouldn't match nor that it wouldn't be on the steering wheel. That was never told to me so that's also rather frustrating.

I am not sure Tierre has had a chance to call you today or not. But we were very unhappy with the service yesterday. We brought our Impala in for a detail and brake check. We had no issues when we brought it in. None. We were told you all had problem starting it. That we need a battery, had to jump it when we picked it up. Took it over to Auto Zone they said no problem with battery. Based on their tester. And when we picked it up the radio wasn't working. Completely dead. Black screen. We would like you to fix it. As far as detailing, the package said it was waxed but the front had bugs to still on it. How can you wax over them. And there were still crumps around the gear shifter and middle console. And a old spill that was on the side of arm console was still there. I've always had good service from you all before so I am not sure how it all with so wrong yesterday. Please let me know when I can bring it back in to get radio fixed.

You need to be clear and actually write in the note section cant just say this is wrong without telling what is actually doing ur job right or just saying a fluid situation doesnt say **** excpecially if there isnt no leaks on the ground from it so if there is leaks u should say where dont just say its bad heres the price cuz honestly sounds like u just wamt money instead of actually doing ur job.
