Sean and Debbie are fantastic!! However the loaner I was given to drive while my car was served was dirty from the customer before me. I dont me a wrapper here and there... it was really gross. So that was disappointing.

It was very difficult to get anyone to return a call, and my vehicle was not returned in a timely manner. In addition, I did not get the work done on my vehicle that I asked for. I refused service on one component of the repairs, but expressed that I still wanted the other repairs to be done. This resulted in other repairs also not being done. I will be taking my car elsewhere to finish the repairs because of the poor service at Reliable.
Debbie was great. I am not sure however I believe or trust the official diagnosis of the problem. Debbie was professional and delivered the diagnosis as she was told. I have no complaints with or about her.
Chance is a very polite person and he is very knoligable of what he's talking about

My right rear speaker sounds like it’s loose after the door lock was fixed today!
There was a socket left in the car and a possible extra bolt too. Will have to make another appointment to have this looked at and fixed.
