Sean did an incredible job taking care of me throughout this lengthy process of getting my vehicle repaired. He kept me updated and responded very quickly to any questions. And surprised me by putting some gas in my truck before returning it to me.

I love working with Debbie she is truly a precious and kind person. She truly care about the customer concerns. She seems to go out of her way to meet the needs of the ones she is serving.
I must mention Bree in the loaner office. She truly was a delight in working with! I love her spunk and her concern that I was in something comfortable. Kudos to her.
Lastly, I didn’t mention last time I worked with Jamie in the financial loan department. He is a joy and pleasure to work with. He is awesome.

Customer service was not good from the moment I got there. Nobody opened the door for me to drive in. When I went in 4 people standing at a desk and nobody acknowledged me for a bit. Finally I was told I had to drive my car on in so when I did nobody met me when I got out. Finally, I was helped. When I originally set up my appointment I was told it would take an hour when the man asked me what time I needed my car back, I said 11-12 . Thought that gave plenty of time for a 10 appointment. Nobody called when my car was done and when I called they said an hour wasn’t long enough. However it was done. I think they applied the coating on it but tons of water spots and smudges. Terry was very nice and helped in the end to get my car to me
I try to use Chance every time my vehicles need to be serviced because of his attention to details. I like to work with individuals that share the same qualities as I do.
As always, Sean you was awesome! Thank you for excellent customer service! Everyone there is great! Don't have to worry about anything missed on my car.
My wait was less than an hour and I didn't feel pressured to do additional services other than what I requested.
