I arrived 30 minutes or more early but the staff started work on it right away and was done fairly quick.

Reliable is my go to place for service. I had accidentally been connected to Ozark Chevrolet for an appointment for a recall, and didn’t realize that it was Ozark. I took my vehicle into Reliable for my appointment, they didn’t have it on record for obvious reasons and yet they took me in as though I was a valued customer. I always feel that from Reliable. Debbie dropped everything to check me in and get me a courtesy shuttle. Reliable service is top notch.

I would have liked to know the same day the truck was looked at and known the part was unavailable. It’s been sitting for over a week and I just found out today. Need much better communication on a vehicle that is a money producing company truck. Just sitting on the back lot waiting for a part with a truck that is operational is not an acceptable option. Need to know these things

Bought a key and fob for my 2013 Chevy Malibu from the parts center and took car over to the service center and they where in able to program my fob and couldn’t give me a reason why.
Austin did an awesome job on my ‘18 Silverado! I’ll definitely be back!
Communication was above average, could've been better but I know how hectic things can be. Too soon to comment on the quality of the repair.

Austin was very polite and helpful in answering my questions. He kept good contact with me regarding my car. I also appreciated the shuttle provided to take me home and back to get my car. Both of the drivers were very pleasant.
