Waited over 2 hrs for a key/fob that was supposed to be ready and waiting for pick up. Also sent update messages to the wrong number even after being given the correct number when the vehicle was checked in. Salesman who set up pickup for new fob is fabulous though and can't say enough good things about our experience with him. Service center not so much.
