I appreciated all the help I received from this dealer from the moment I drove up. Everyone was attentive with a great attitude. The service was completed before the time the San Bernardino dealership stated to me that my car would only be diagnosed let alone repaired. I have to give an A+ to the Reflands dealership and an F to the San Bernardino dealership which is a joke.

Tony was respectful and kind. On other visits, the service advisor would keep me updated on the service progress. The paper said my vehicle was promised for 10 am. At approximately 10:40 I had heard nothing, so went to ask Tony. At that point he showed me the paper which revealed the need for work on the brakes. Why wasn’t that communicated to me earlier? The needed work was accomplished after that.
